What do I love more than Black Friday? SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY!
Today I am teaming up with Sprint® Business to encourage all of you to give back to your local community and shop local on not just Small Business Saturday, but every day!
The Foundry Home Goods, Minneapolis, MN
As a long time Sprint customer (since I was 16!) I am proud that Sprint is making an effort to support small businesses. I can tell you right now that Sprint has made such an amazing impact on my business. From their customer service to their service in general, Sprint is something that I use every single day. When I’m at home, traveling, working at a coffee shop, etc., Sprint allows me to stay connected to my business at all times. I was ecstatic when they asked me to join forces to promote all things Small Business Saturday because, well, I’m a small business.
7 years ago, the intent of Fit Foodie Finds was not to become a small business but to share my love for health and wellness online. I am so glad that Fit Foodie Finds has morphed into something that allows me to live my dream job and work with inspiring women on the daily. A huge thank you goes out to Sprint® Business for giving small businesses like Fit Foodie Finds the resources it takes to make a living doing what they love.
The Golden Rule, Excelsior, MN
Team Fit Foodie has so much love for all things Minnesota (Wisconsin, too) and small business. We make an effort to buy things locally whenever we can from the food we eat to the amazing decor in our homes to gift giving! By shopping local and using local services when possible, it benefits the local economy. It allows for small business owners to live a fulfilling life and love what they do. In honor of Small Business Saturday, Linley and I decided it would be in our best interest to visit all of our favorite local shops in Minneapolis. Our stops included: The Golden Rule, Primp Boutique, The Foundry Home Goods, and Penny’s Coffee. You’ll be seeing more photos from these locations on social media over the next few days. We love the Golden Rule for home goods and gift giving. Primp Boutique is our go-to for occasion dresses and trend-style. The Foundry is where we buy a lot of our photography props and Penny’s Coffee makes a damn good latte with homemade almond milk.
I want to take a second to give a shoutout to my personal favorite Minnesota small businesses that support year round. You can check out our full list of Minnesota favs HERE. Bare with me, the list might get a little long.
